Development

  1. 2011: Maxiprint products are available all over Europe from Portugal to Poland, from Scandinavia to Gibraltar.

  2. 2009: The Medienfabrik Gütersloh GmbH, a subsidiary of Arvato / Bertelsmann AG, takes over the rights to use Maxiprint in Germany and Austria and operates the Internet and printers maxiprint.de and maxiprint.at. Within the corporate structure Maxiprint / Medienfabrik Gütersloh GmbH is part of arvato print and a subsidiary of Mohn media Mohndruck GmbH, a leading print provider in Europe. the shareholder LZ Medien Holding, a subsidiary of NZZ Media Group, buys another 12 % of the Maxiprint Licensing International AG and holds 32%.

  3. 2007: LZ Medien Holding, a subsidiary of NZZ Media Group, invests and buys 20% of the shares of Maxiprint Licensing International AG. Jörg Schnyder, CFO of NZZ Media Group, joins the Board.

  4. 2006: LZ Medien Holding, a subsidiary of NZZ Media Group, acquires 100% of Maxiprint.ch AG, the licensee for Switzerland and Fürstentum Liechtenstein. Maxiprint EU GmbH starts with Maxiprint in Germany, Austria, UK, Spain, France and Italy.

  5. 2005: Maxiprint.ch AG has been founded and LZ Medien Holding, a subsidiary of NZZ Media Group, invests in the web to print business and buys 35% of the shares of the swiss company

  6. 2004: complete new webshop and permanent increase of assortment according to customers’ requirements

  7. 2002: introduction of new standards of online ordering in web to print for business cards, posters, flyers and other printing products

  8. 2001: Maxiprint trade mark registrations.

  9. 2000: larger office and logistic center in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland
